Did You Work Your Wiggles Today?
Worked at Little Ceasars for three hours today- talk about boring lol. Hopefully it was just 1st day training slowness. I got to make like 15 pepperoni pizzas and then I learned how to get them out of the pans- gosh my left hand is super weak! I need to work it out some more lol! After the pizza making I made like a million sheetouts- which is the dough in the pan all ready to go. My crusts looked pretty snazzy if I do say so myself lol!

I walked today 2 miles. I went at 7a.m. before it got hot. I enjoyed it.
The mall is across the street from me - it's a big outlet mall. I walk across the street and all over the mall and it takes me about an hour if I circle the whole mall.
American Idol is on.. gotta run!

Inner thigh machine 60#, 3 sets 20 reps, 30 reps, and 40 reps
Outer thigh machine 60#, 3 sets 20, 30, and 40
Pec machine 40#, 3 sets 15, 25, & 35
Tricep pulldowns 30#, 3 sets 40, 50, 60
Bicep curls 25#, 3 sets of 21
Ab machine 60#, 4 sets of 20
Total time 2 hours
