Updating pictures

Hello I was trying to update my picture for my post but when I made it smaller, it came out really fuzzy. How or where do I make it small enough without making my face look weird??? I deleted it now I have no face. Thanks kay

Dawn, What program do you have for resizing? The paint shop one confuses me and all I ever use is photobucket and I manage to screw that up too! ~~hugs and well wishes~~ Chris
