What's on YOUR menu for Thursday?
Hi all~
Kay asked me to start tonight's thread because she won't be back in time to post at 6pm. I hope everyone had a wonderful day. Mine was the normal stuff...but I like that.
My menu~
B: SF FF Jello Cheesecake pudding made with FF CC milk (1/2 cup serving)
L: light cheese stick
D: Weigh****chers Smart Ones Slow Roasted Turkey Breast dinner
Vitamins done, sipping away, 2 hours at the gym
My totals:
Cals: 330
Fat: 10
Carbs: 26
Protein: 33 (not too good)

It's a bit early but here goes:
Breakfast: chocolate shake made with carnation instant breakfast NSA, 1% milk & scoop of any whey protein = 29g of protein
Lunch: did another shake wasn't hungry
Dinner: Will be a Smart Ones Chicken Parmesan it has 26g of protein
Total protein for the day will be: 84g
Calories: 774
Fat: 11g
Carbs: 84g
Vitamins and iron done
So far have finished 60oz of Crystal Lite, 20oz of Protein Shakes and 20oz of Water

I'll play today. I work 12 hour night shifts so it's kinda weird so I'll post the times I ate:
1 a.m.- Chicken and broccoli dinner from Healthy choice...it was good!
5 a.m.- Stallone pudding w/ 2 tbsp SF cool whip
10 a.m.- double chocolate protein shake....yum,!
5 p.m.- 2 oz. pork chops cooked in the crock pot w/ some mixed fruit
9 p.m.- some more mixed fruit at work
I did some snacking throughout the night at work
....will have to start fresh tomorrow, so no snacking for me at work tonight!!!

L-a slice of old Chicago pizza to celebrate my daughters last day of school.
D-2 protein bars 18g protein each
S-not sure if I am goinna have one, I am full to the gills!!
water is at about 35 oz but still sipping
vitamins at bedtime along with my calcium
exercise was running with my daughters class at school at the park.

I've been really crappy with my eating lately, not in my food choices but in that I'm really not eating a heck of a lot.
LND: Half of a burger patty topped with mushrooms and onions;
B: Not a thing
S: Not a thing
L: A piece of light monterey jack cheese
S: Profect protein drink
D: Have to go out - going to try to get the BF to take me out for sushi (yummy)
Vitamins: Still need my calcium
Exercise: Going to try to get to the Y tonight
Water: Uh....
