Memorial Day Plans??

Hi All~ Well, it's that time of year again. Time for BBQs and homemade ice cream. ARG!! What are your plans for Memorial Day weekend? I'm going to a bonfire Saturday. Sunday I am singing a solo in church so I have to attend both services. Monday DH has to wor****il 2:30 but he said maybe we can shoot over to the Jersey shore before night fall and catch the fireworks and put the kids on a few rides. Dawn

Hi! I have house plans = need to put in some flowers and work on the garden. A friend is coming over to put a drain on my shower since I clogged it all up with a ton of hair (but we wont talk about that!). I plan to get out to my Mom's since I left for Europe on Mothers Day and did not get to see her; she has a new pontoon boat, too. I've also dug out a few of my vegetarian cookbooks and want to try some recipies for friends that are coming over. I need to start cooking myself to save some $$ and add diversity and interest to my food again. Hope everyone has a great holiday weekend ~ summer has arrived and we are fabulous!!! Tiffany

Well, Me, my partner and a few friends are going to the lake to swim, go fishing and BBQ. I will try to be on my best behavior with the goodies! They have a firework display at night so we will spend the entire day there. I LOVE to be outdoors so I'm pretty excited. Enjoy the holidays Kay

Hey everyone The pool opens up tomm in our subdivision so it looks like I will be spending the weekend there with the kids!! But I have to go buy another swimsuit I put the one on last nite from April and OMG it was falling down and the girls didnt want to stay in the top and the butt was sagging. Hubby handed me a check of his last nite and told me to go shopping!!!! I love to shop now!!! I started out in a tight 22/24 bottom and 2x-3x top....I am in a 18 bottom(sagging) but the 16 are still tight. Tops are an XL!!!!! Everyone enjoy the weekend with family and friends... Tomorrow I have to take my nephew to the orthodontist 45 minutes away because his mom and dad are out of town. Sunday we will go to church. Monday morning we leave for Galveston, TX to board the ship for our cruise. Karla 337/258/150

Hi Guys, I'm especially excited about this weekend cause tomorrow is CRAIG PARK!!!! The OH Cali Board is having a get together that is going to be about 200 people (pre op, Post -op and family and friends) At a park in Los Angeles. It's gonna be a blast since people come from all over California for it. I'm sure I will take lots and lots of pictures! Then on Monday we will be doing a small family BBQ at my house. I have a HUGE backyard that we just recently cleaned up so the boys love playing in it and I decided we needed to break out the BBQ and have a good time. Hope everyone has a safe and fun weekend! Well... lol Tonight, we're seeing my sister Graduate from junior college, then she's off to CSU Fresno in the fall- Thank God, lol I'll be house sitting tonight also after the graduation. Saturday: working 8-4 and then back to LB for some shopping baby! I'll take pics! Sunday: Church in the AM, I have a key part on my flute in the choir's selection, and then working at LB 1-5 I have EIGHTEEN hours this week at Lane Bryant! Whooo hooo! That's on top of what ever I get at Jack!!!

weell i am spending the day with my mom and cousin on saturday. we are going to Renalt Winery and Historic Smithville village. it is supposed to be nice out around 80. so all have a great weekend. dave

Well, I hate to sound like a stick in the mud. But, I will not be doing anything. Without the car and with a bad knee there really isn't much to do. I did get the ok yesterday to go swimming from my physical therapist. She gave me some pool exercises to do. I don't know if I mentioned it, but my apts have indoor pool with a hot tub. So I guess I could go over there and meet some of the neighbors. My bathing suit is huge but that's ok. Nothing shows that shouldn't. Maybe I will do some reading. Tomorrow I go to church, I met a neighbor here in my apt building who attends the church I started going to and she said I could get a ride with her and her family. So tomorrow I will be in church for the morning. Dawn: What solo will you be singing in church tomorrow? Have you noticed since you have lost weight your vocals are better. I sure would love to hear you sing. I love to watch people sing solo's. Well, have fun. Denise
