Helloooooooo How's everyone today? I'm good. My partner and I have been out shopping for Memorial Day. We were going to go fishing later but it started storming so I think we will spend our Friday evning at home playing board games and watching movies. My menu~ LNS (Last night's Late night snack)~ 2 SF Popsicles B~ Protein Coffee L~Pinto's n cheese from Taco Bell S~Protein coffee D~Baked skinless chicken thigh & salad Exercise: 35 minute walk Vitamins: on track Water: on track! Hi Kay Mine is pretty boring today: I had a protein shake for breakfast and lunch Dinner will be a Smartones Chicken Terriaky Bowl Will have 104oz of fluiid by bedtime vitamines down and iron too did 15 min on the treadmill today

My menu~ LNS~4oz FF CC milk w/matrix protein sample pack B~4oz FF CC milk w/Matrix protein sample pack S~light cheese stick L~Turkey club wrap from salad works (Had on it: whole wheat wrap, turkey, bacon, FF ranch, tomatoes, lettuce, and cheddar cheese) (I ate: 1/10 of wrap, turkey, & lettuce) D~4oz eggbeaters w/fresh peppers and onions Vitamins done, sipping away, 2 hours at the gym My totals~ Cals: 326 Fat: 8 Carbs: 19 Protein: 42 Dawn

hi kay, i'm up at an unusual time because we visited my partners family. now it's back to bed for me! lns - none! b - south beach peanut butter meal replacement bar l - the insides of a slice of lasagna (homemade). ricotta, mozzerella and 90% lean ground beef s - 1/2 oz. almonds d - 2 meatballs and a little bit of the cheese from a stromboli (not the best option, but oh well) exercise - not on todays schedule vitamins - oops, almost forgot to take my acid blocker until i started writing this! everything else is taken. water - not too bad, 60 oz. today, maybe push another 10 in before bed if i'm lucky! sorry your fishing got rained out! ours did too!!! ~liz

B: 1/2 sausage patty w/ 1 Tbsp. egg & some cheese on it & 4 bites fresh fruit (was at our end of your school district breakfast) S: AchievOne Cappucino & 1/2 Power Crunch Bar (about an hour apart) L: 1/2 cup Schwan's Asian Chicken S: 1 c CC Chocolate Milk , then later 1 oz. turkey w/ 1 oz. low fat cheddar cheese D: 2 oz. Steak & 1/4 cup sauteed vegetables Vitamins & B-12: done Exercise: 30 minutes bike, sit-ups, leg lifts, and arm weight workout + housecleaning Water: 64 oz. so far Karla 337/258/150
