How's everyone today? I'm good. My partner and I have been out shopping for Memorial Day. We were going to go fishing later but it started storming so I think we will spend our Friday evning at home playing board games and watching movies.

L~Pinto's n cheese from Taco Bell

D~Baked skinless chicken thigh & salad
Exercise: 35 minute walk

L~Turkey club wrap from salad works (Had on it: whole wheat wrap, turkey, bacon, FF ranch, tomatoes, lettuce, and cheddar cheese) (I ate: 1/10 of wrap, turkey, & lettuce)
D~4oz eggbeaters w/fresh peppers and onions
Vitamins done, sipping away, 2 hours at the gym

hi kay, i'm up at an unusual time because we visited my partners family. now it's back to bed for me!

b - south beach peanut butter meal replacement bar
l - the insides of a slice of lasagna (homemade). ricotta, mozzerella and 90% lean ground beef
s - 1/2 oz. almonds
d - 2 meatballs and a little bit of the cheese from a stromboli (not the best option, but oh well)
exercise - not on todays schedule
vitamins - oops, almost forgot to take my acid blocker until i started writing this! everything else is taken.
water - not too bad, 60 oz. today, maybe push another 10 in before bed if i'm lucky!

(was at our end of your school district breakfast)
S: AchievOne Cappucino & 1/2 Power Crunch Bar (about an hour apart)
L: 1/2 cup Schwan's Asian Chicken
S: 1 c CC Chocolate Milk , then later 1 oz. turkey w/ 1 oz. low fat cheddar cheese
D: 2 oz. Steak & 1/4 cup sauteed vegetables
Vitamins & B-12: done
Exercise: 30 minutes bike, sit-ups, leg lifts, and arm weight workout + housecleaning
Water: 64 oz. so far
