It's after 6 and Kay didn't post yet, so I'm gonna stand in the gap for her and get this thread started. I'm sure several of you are away from your computers but I need routein and HAVE to have this post.
BTW~Has anyone heard from Carly? It seems like she's been MIA for a while now. We miss you!!

S: 3 strawberries (that I picked myself

D: Gourmet light 97% FF beef hotdogs (2-2oz dogs)

Vitamins done, not doing so well with water, no gym....went yard sailing!

Its only 3:59pm here in California..Trying to do some early summer cleaning.....
B: 16 oz. of nonfat milk with 1 scoop of 24 grams strawberry cream protein powder
S: 1 shortbead cookie
L: 4 bites of house ch****n from last night dinner from chinese food restaurant
1 handful of peanuts unsalted uck....i need the salt. It said it had a higher protein factor.....
S: 16 oz light crnaberry juice while cleaning
S: 16.9 water with lime while cleaning
S: 24 oz tropical fruit juice protein drink ugh has a nasty taste but 23 grmas x2 in one bottle it cost me $4.99 at a health food store..not agian
72.9 oz of liquid so far today and it is only 4 pm i will post my total water intake later
B: Low Carb pancake w/ spam and SF maple syrup
S: IDS protein in a tube (actually tasted okay) & 1 c CC Chocolate Milk
L: 2 shrimp, grilled and 6 bites steak, 1 Tbsp. potatoes from Chili's
S:2 Tbsp. garlic dip and 12 South Beach whole wheat crackers
D: Asian Chicken ( 1/2 c)

Thanks for standing in for me Dawn. I kept telling myself to do the post before I left the house and walked right out the door without doing it. I'll blaim it on age
Anyway, Here's my menu...
LNS~ 2 Cheese cubes
B~Protein Coffee
L~Fiesta Chicken.. Chicken thighs, blk. beans, can diced tomatoes w/ onions and peppers, tomato sauce and taco seasoning. Cooked in the crock pot. Yum!
D~Fiesta Chicken
S~ 4 oz Choc. CC milk w/ scoop of protein
Water: on track
Vitamins: on track
Exercise: Does shopping count ??


Here's the correct recipe. In case you ever wanna try it. I do it different every time.
I didn't add rice since I watch carbs so I cooked the rice seperately and my partner ate hers over rice. I aslo used black beans this time.
1 15 oz can tomato sauce
2 cans diced tomatoes w/ green chilies
1 c. long grain rice
1 can chicken broth
1 15 oz can of pinto beans
1 pound of skinless thighs or chicken breast
1 packet of taco seasoning
Combine all ingredients in crock post, stir.
Cook on low for 6 hours or 3 hours on high.
It usually never takes that long but thats what the recipe says.
It's yummy. I never thought to add cheese but tomorrow I will add a bit on top.

I am embarrassed to post this day ... but here goes
B - protein latte
L - 1/3 chicken ceasar wrap, 2 crakers with cheese spread, 2 bits nestle crunch caramel
S - 6 french fries
D - Sesame chicken - not deep fried though, egg drop soup, 1 piece of carmello
S - looking for something now... maybe another piece of carmello - a sugar free popwould be a better choice.
I am craving candy, specifically chocolate and caramel. What is my deal? I'll probably weigh 250 tomorrow!
