umm I hope i did my math right today. So far I think I am at about 50 oz., I know that isnt good enough but I am having a hard time today for some reason even eating. Everything stays down but I feel full forever!!! So I am still sipping away. Steph

I have tried to break my stall and do what the hydration calculator says how much. So.... I got in 107 oz. And my eyeballs are floating. Hugs, Heather 242/168/130

Hey Dawn, It's 11:15 here on the west coast and I'm at 93 oz, I'm about to finish another 16 oz's too! It's a good thing I had my bottle when I was out shopping, that helped me get in another 16 oz that I normally wouldn't of gotten. Dana

102.7 I been so thirsty today....I guess it was those sunflower seeds I ate 1/4 cup in the afternoon and after that I couldn't get enough of liquid. But we will see this weekend I have alot of stuff planned. But I put a small ref. pack in my explorer now i can drink chilled drinks when I want it. suzan

Ahhhhh......I'm totally jealous!! My love is an explorer. I used to have one...I adored her. Then it started acting up pretty bad. I took it to the machanic and he said it needed a whole new engine!! No thank you!! I still owed $7K on it and wasn't about to put another $2 or 3K into it. So I got rid of it. A few weeks later I got a phone call from the dealership that took it as a trade-in.....they just wanted to inform me that all it needed was a $7 thermostat!!!!!! Can we said, "Da*n it!!!!!!!"? Dawn
