Hi all sorry I'm late at posting this...just got hme from my sister's graduation. She was named Outstanding General Agriculture Student, pretty cool! And the kicker, I have some pics with her smiling- NEXT to me! LOL! When I get home (house sitting right now) I'll upload the pics for you all to see. If I do say so myself, I looked smokin' this evening lol. I guess an old acquintaince had to ask Julie if that was actually me up in the stands lol. LOL, evil grin. LONG Story about my sister and my old "ex" Friends lol. But its a new life for me and I'm on the road to better things I'll post the pics this weekend. I also worked at JAck- 6am-2pm, That with work last night at LB, I am pooped! ANd it was FREEZING at Julie's grad! My feet are STILL Frozen!!!!!!!!! *~*Jaci*~*

Here's my workout for Friday~ 20 min Arc Trainer level 20 Cross Country Skier Mode 30 min Treadmill speed 3.5 Random incline mode 20 min Recumbant Bike level 6 Hip Adductor 60#, 3 sets, 20, 30, 40 reps Hip Abductor 60#, 3 sets, 20, 30, 40 reps Tricep push downs 30#, 3 sets, 40, 50, 60 reps Bicep curls 25#, 3 sets of 21 (there is reason behind doing 21) Modified Ab Crunch, 60#, 3 sets of 20 Total time: 2 hours Dawn

I worked my 8hrs today at the psych facility so I do walking in there and I also took a 10min walk around the facility as well outside just to get my own sanity back!!! After work, I was tired but still managed to walk for about 3miles just to release the tension from work. I cannot wait till MC opens up the gym for free on 5/30...hope to see you there Jaci. I should be in after work...that is when I work an early shift. Kelli

I worked on taking down my hideous wallpaper today!! It only took me 5 hours to do it!so I stripped the ugly stuff off and then steamed the paper away! WOOHOO, I am now gonna go shopping for paint. Take care all, Steph
