Heyyyyy How's everyones day going so far? Mine has been good. I went to church this morning then came back home to relax on my couch. Steph.'s cousin just had a baby and were on the way to go baby shopping and then go see him. I doubt we will be back early so I'm posting early. How did you spend your day? My menu~ LNS~ 1 SF Popsicle B~Protein Coffee L~Fiesta Chicken sprinkled w/ cheese. Thanks for the idea Tiff!! .. leftovers get better with time. D~The last of the Fiesta chicken S~Probably more protein coffee Water: doing good Vitamins: on track Exercise: non so far. Have a nice evening kay

B: 1/2 Rockin Roll Protein Bar S: CC Chocolate milk - 1 c L: Spinach/Tuna Salad w/ 2 tsp. Ranch Dressing S: 1 oz. turkey w/ 1/2 oz. Cheddar cheese D: 3 oz. steak & 2 spears asparagus Water: 64 oz. so far Vitamins & B-12: in Exercise: fixing to go do "formal exercise"; changed sheets on 2 beds; wrestled w/ 4 giant suitcases to load in car for cruise tomorrow - ought to work for arm workout! YEAH......I get to post tonight. BOOOOO, I ate poorly today. Darn DH had to go out to eat. Oh my oh my....Did I eat today!! I am ashamed of myself. Please, please let this be my monthly coming on that is making me behave like this!! LNS: nothing B: 8oz FF CC milk, 1 scoop vanilla protein, 8oz hazelnut coffee L: Martha's Vineyard Salad from Arbys. No dressing (almost ate the whole thing..arg!) S: 1 cream cheese FRIED wonton! WHAT WAS I THINKING???? D: 4 large shrimp and 4 broccoli flowerets My totals: Cals: 515 fat: 15 Carbs: 36 Protein: 64 Vitamins done, drinking in progress, JOGGED!!! Dawn
