Anyone take liquid vitamins?

I have had such a hard time taking the surgeon recommended daily Centrum a-Zinc.... it's sooooo big that my pouch hurts a lot after I take it. Does anyone take a liquid daily vitamin? And if so, which one? I've got to try something else! ~Teri~

I take 'TwinLabs Once Daily with Iron' and it works great; although I take it 2x a day, just to be clear. its a capsule and dissolves easily. HTH....

I take tropical oasis liquid multi-I ordered it from bariatriceating.com but I have also seen it in my local health food store--It doesnt taste half bad for a liquid and I take 1T in the AM and 1T in the PM-it gives me alot of energy and I feel a great difference with it since I have changed from taking the chewable centrum for adults--good luck in finding one you like Lori

i take 2 childrens chewables and 1 chewable cal i tried the liquid one they taste . dave

I take the centrum chewable but it also comes in liquid. As soon as my chewables run out, I'm gonna try the liquid. I get it from walmart $6 for the small bottle and $10 for the big bottle. Kay
