Good Afternoon Ladies and Gents How is everyone doing this afternoon? I'm great! I had a good day at the park. We got there early this morning and just got back. It was hot but I had a great shade tree. We came home to shower and rest a few minutes then back to another park for fireworks. How was your day?? My menu~ (I ate ALOT today). LNS~ Nothing .. Yeah!!! B~ Grilled Jenny O Turkey Hotdog w/ a lil. mustard and 5 baked lays S~ 1 Sugar free cookie L~Grilled Hamburger patty w/ cheese and 3 bites of maccaroni seafood salad D~ 1/2 BBQ Chicken wing, 1/2 a beef rib and few bites of maccaroni seafood salad Water: low but sipping Exercise: We walked the trail for an hour Vitamins: on track Have a great day Kay

Howdy Kay~ I did pretty good today. I prepared myself for today and brought my food with me when we went out. My menu~ B: Skipped L: 1 can tuna, 1 SF pickle chopped added, 1/8 lemon squeezed on top S: (Was supposed to be dinner) 1/3 protein bar. (Sat very heavy made me sick) D: eggbeaters Vitamins done, water so-so, exercise 50 min brisk nature walk Didn't do totals today Dawn
