Hello!!! How is everyone's day going ? Mine has been good. I just stayed home today and cleaned my house. Nothing exciting. My menu~ LNS~ Nothing. B~Protein coffee L~Grilled chicken wing w/ a lil low carb BBQ sauce S~Protein coffee D~BBQ beef rib and 4 cucumber slices w/ tsp. FF ranch Water: sipping away Vitamins: on track Exercise: will walk after dinner Have a wonderful evening Kay

Hi Kay, Sounds like you had a relaxing day. I went to water aerobics today, then to laundromat to wash & dry 2 quilts. I had to do some shopping for throw rugs, bedskirt and other stuff for my guestroom (my daughter is coming home for the summer,,,Yeah!!). I haven't felt like eating today because it's about 90 degrees here. B-4 cheese, pnut butter crackers L-rice cake with pnut butter & sf jelly, 1/2 banana D-not sure yet, probably cottage cheese & cantaloupe I've been drinking enough to float a battleship today & still feel thirsty. vitamins: ok exercise: done

Hi Kay, I love your new picture, you look beautiful. Well today was my first day back at work after 10 days off. It is warm here also, high 90. Here goes: B-nothing L-1/2 c. of 1% cottage cheese w/a few lite pears D-1/2 piece grilled chicken, 1/4 c. of corn, 3 olives and 5 strawberries Water: 40 ounces so far Vitamins: Check Have a good night, Carly

LND: a bbq sausage about 4 oz S: sf popsicle, graham crackers, some watermelon B: protein shake S: wheat thin crisps L: peanuts and a small salad S: maybe some sliced turkey D: scrambled egg with cheese S: popsicle again! Water: okay Vitamins: okay Exercise: Gym tonight Goal: 45 minutes of cardio and 50 minutes of a trainer session! Dana

Hello, Rain here again....... I am going to post but I am a shamed of what I ate. LNS ~ Nothing B ~ 12 pep. slice (small ones) S ~ 2 fig newtins (I have no clue if I am spelling that right) L ~ 1/2 pizza bread (homemade, 1/2 the bread then just the stuff on top) S ~ 2 fig newtins (I have no clue if I am spelling that right) D ~ 1/2 pizza bread (homemade, 1/2 the bread then just the stuff on top) Vit: Done water: I have been going to the bathroom more the last 2 weeks than in my whole life.
