What's on YOUR menu for Tuesday?

Hi Kay,
Sounds like you had a relaxing day. I went to water aerobics today, then to laundromat to wash & dry 2 quilts. I had to do some shopping for throw rugs, bedskirt and other stuff for my guestroom (my daughter is coming home for the summer,,,Yeah!!). I haven't felt like eating today because it's about 90 degrees here.
B-4 cheese, pnut butter crackers
L-rice cake with pnut butter & sf jelly, 1/2 banana
D-not sure yet, probably cottage cheese & cantaloupe
I've been drinking enough to float a battleship today & still feel thirsty.

I love your new picture, you look beautiful. Well today was my first day back at work after 10 days off. It is warm here also, high 90. Here goes:
B-nothing
L-1/2 c. of 1% cottage cheese w/a few lite pears
D-1/2 piece grilled chicken, 1/4 c. of corn, 3 olives and 5 strawberries
Water: 40 ounces so far
Vitamins: Check

S: wheat thin crisps
L: peanuts and a small salad
S: maybe some sliced turkey
D: scrambled egg with cheese

Exercise: Gym tonight Goal: 45 minutes of cardio and 50 minutes of a trainer session!
