In the hospital....

So I've been in the hospital since 1 a.m. Sunday morning. I had been having some really bad abdominal pains when eating and especially drinking all day Saturday. It got really bad at night so I decided to go the ER. Well, I thought they'd do a test or two and send me home or something. Nooooo....I was there until today! Over Memorial Day weekend I was in the hospital!!! I was upset but I got over it really quick! I wanted to know what was wrong. So after labs, CAT scans, and ultrasounds they think I either have 1) an ulcer or 2) an internal hernia. Both of which will kinda resolve after some meds. So not so serious. I got sent home with some meds and a smile. It's sooo HOT here in Delaware. So I'm just gonna relax here for a few hours and run out to the pharmacy. April

Aww, April... I am so sorry that you spend your holiday weekend in the hospital...BUT I am VERY happy to hear that there is nothing life-threatening wrong! That is something to be happy about, right? I hope you have a WONDERFUL week to make up for your crappy weekend! Love and hugs, Jersey

Thank you everyone for your kind replys. I am definitely feeling a lot better now. I just feel restless now! But I'm just gonna hang out at home. May just sit out near the pool or something. April

April, I am so sorry to hear about this. I am sure the heat doesn't help with trying to get better. Thank goodness it wasn't anything serious although it was I am sure scary and painful. Take care. Karen S.
