What's on YOUR menu for Wednesday?

How is everyone doing today? I'm good. I've been busy running around getting ready to go out of town tomorrow.
My menu~
LNS~ 1/2 a string cheese
B~Power crunch bar
L~Chicken wing w/ tsp. of LC bbq sauce
S~ 8 oz decaf w/ a scoop of protein
D~Grilled Hamburger pattie topped w/ cheese, lettuce and tsp. of mustard
Water: lil low but sipping
Exercise: one mile walk
Vitamins: on track.

Hi Kay and Everyone
My abdomen has been crampy and food of little interest these days;
B: 2" square of cooked quiche mix
2/3 bottle isopure
L: 3/4 hard boiled egg, four cubed pcs turkey, few bites peas and pinch cheese
1/3 b isopure
D: small chicken thigh, melted cheese off top of parmesesan
I'll have a SF fudgesicle later.
P: 75
water: slow today, not sitting well. Only 60 oz including the isopure
vits: on track!
