OT: Pantyhose question

Hi Kay, I am so excited about your outfit and the lower sizes, that's great. I'm in agreement with everyone that open toe sandals mean no hose. BUT. With a dress I like to wear some sort of pantyhose/shaper kinda thing, just to make everything smooth and flowing. Look for footless pantyhose, I think they have them at LB - Spanx even may work for you. Buy to go down over your thighs for max comfort. When wearing a dress the undergarments are almost as important as the dress itself. Oh, one more thing, there are now pantyhose type footies with the toes cut out, go to a mall department store and buy the color that matches your shoe, nude if there's not that option. It will make wearing those kinda shoes more comfortable, too. Pls be sure to post a picture! WLS DOES ROCK!!! ~Tiffany

Ditch the pantihose, you'll be much more comfortable without them. But do treat yourself to a pedicure. You'll feel pampered and it will look nice to boot

Hey Kay!!! My male taste says YES to pantyhose!!! no matter if it is an open toed shoe. Just be sure that you have the right kind of pantyhose. I am sorry to go on the opposite way, but I think pantyhose helps a lot with your figure, makes you look very elegant. I don't like when women all dressed up are not using pantyhoses, they look like something is missing..... Other way, pantyhose looks and feel very sexy!!! No pantyhose---they're passe----especially with open toes! My 2 cents! Cathy

Here in sunny, humid, extra-super-hot Houston, I try to go without hose as often as possible -- always have. I usually slather up the old legs with some lotion, get a pedi twice a month and wear bare all that I can. And for what it's worth -- I never wear hose with open-toed shoes. Have fun!
