Last day for Challenge, So lets start a new one!

Hello, today the last day for the water Challenge, so why not start a new challenge? Prizes for top winners! How about this time we do Protein? I am haveing trouble getting mine in and I love Challenges! So we can start 1st and end it on the 15th (2 weeks). You post you total and I will keep track of everyones. Example Post: 1/2 cottage cheese ~ 14 grams 2 oz of Tuna ~ 23 grams 4 oz of Chicken ~ 20 grams Shake ~ 40 grams Total ~ 97 grams Any one in? Mel

That sounds like a good idea...too bad I haven't a chance in he** of winning that one...my protein levels suck and honestly I am not willing to increase my eating just yet to improve them...I know, "Shame on me" but I'm trying. I was actually thinking of a "biggest loser" type thing that can be for one month. I know that we are drawing near the end of the honeymoon phase and I thought if we had a competition on % lost it might help us take advantage of the little bit of "fast weight loss" time we have left. You just posted exactly what I was thinking! There is NO way I'd win but I'll do my best and I refuse to eat more. I have added an extra protein in the day as a snack because my surgeon suggested it to me but thats it for me!! Eating more is OUT of the question!!!!

That will work toooo, I don't want to eat more to get my protein up either, but I would like to keep a challenge going. It keeps me pushing my self! So why don't we do yours? Just say the rules and lets get people on board. Hugs, Mel

I am like the others, I possibly get my protein while I am getting my water in. I hate the protein drinks. I did not get fat over sweets I have chip hips. Sorry I know I won't even come in the top 10 I would probably be dead last. Sorry. Hugs, Heather 242/165/130
