Last day for Challenge, So lets start a new one!
Hello, today the last day for the water Challenge, so why not start a new challenge? Prizes for top winners! How about this time we do Protein? I am haveing trouble getting mine in and I love Challenges! So we can start 1st and end it on the 15th (2 weeks). You post you total and I will keep track of everyones.

1/2 cottage cheese ~ 14 grams
2 oz of Tuna ~ 23 grams
4 oz of Chicken ~ 20 grams
Shake ~ 40 grams
Total ~ 97 grams

That sounds like a good idea...too bad I haven't a chance in he** of winning that one...my protein levels suck and honestly I am not willing to increase my eating just yet to improve them...I know, "Shame on me" but I'm trying.
I was actually thinking of a "biggest loser" type thing that can be for one month. I know that we are drawing near the end of the honeymoon phase and I thought if we had a competition on % lost it might help us take advantage of the little bit of "fast weight loss" time we have left.
