My Kmart experiance.

Good Morning Yesterday I was out shopping and decide to stop in Kmart. I HATE Kmart but decided to go see what they had since I haven't been in a long time. Anyway... I was walking through the bra section and before I know it, I'm on the floor. I slipped in a puddle of water thats in the middle of the floor. OMG, I was so embarrased! Noboday seen me fall except the huge camera above my head I call for steph. and she comes over and the manager comes walking by. She tells me that I have to fill out an accident report so I do then I leave. My knee was hurting a little bit I didn't really worry about it. I just woke up and my knee and back is killing me. Now, I'm super irritable because I'm going out of town this morning and need to finish getting stuff together. I'm sitting here crying, feeling sorry for myself because this happened. I have been so emotional lately!? Anyway enough of my pity party... I'm leaving to go to Atlanta GA in a couple hours and just wanted to tell everyone byeee. I'll be back Sunday. Dawn is going to do my post for me! I hope everyone has a fabulous weekend! I'll miss you guys. Have a nice day Kay

sue them! lol. a box fell on my head when i was little in a kmart and my parents got like $500. was there a sign saying wet floor? if it's on tape, you're golden! go to the dr!!! lol. if you want to go through all that trouble.... you're a big part of the board to me, so come back soon!!! ~liz

I agree with Elizabeth...they have liability insurance for accidents just like this. You should be compensated for you pain, suffering, and humiliation. I would most definatly look into it. My aunt fell on ice in a convenience store parking lot....she sued and got $50,000!!! (she hurt her hand and it required surgery) Dawn
