Ok, ya'll....I just typed out this whole post and hit the wrong stinking button and deleted the whole thing...let me try this again!! I hope you guys had a great day. Mine was messed up...it downpoured all day and what's a girl to do when it's raining??? GO TO THE MALL!!!!! I spent $94 in GNC!! I better start saving for Vegas!!! My menu~ B: Skipped L: (Red Lobster) Roasted Tilapia in a bag, 3 bites of side salad (No dressing), AND......I confess.....1/5 of a cheddar bay biscuit....and it was GREAT!!!! D: 8oz FF CC milk w/2 scoops designer whey vanilla praline powder vitamins done, drinking away, no exercise today My totals~ Cals: 388 Fat: 7 Carbs: 10 Protein: 73 Dawn

B~Nada L~Nada S~1/2 cup of nuts and two jerky nuggets. D~Chicken and dumplings. Of course you know I wanted the dumplings more than I wanted the chicken. But I made myself eat the chicken first and you guessed it, there was no room for the dumplings. So I just took a tiny taste of dumpling, but pouchie is still to full and complaining. Fluids~not good, only 40 oz, but still working on it. Vitamins and calcium done. Hazel

B-protein shake L-piece of home made pizza with sausage, pepperoni, onions, hamburger meat, and tomatoes. D-nothing yet, not hungry. S-sf ice cream, but it made me sick so it didnt last at all!! Steph

It was chilly here today...still went shopping! I thought my protein intake would be really crappy today but it wasn't too bad at all. B- scrambled egg w/ 1/2 oz. RF cheese 2 slices turkey bacon S- 1/2 chocolate pecan pie Luna Bar...yum!!! L- french vanilla protein shake D- 3 oz. baked chicken, 2 tbsp baked potato w/ salt, few bites of caesar salad from Ruby Tuesday S- Iced coffee protein shake...it tastes sooooo good! water intake was horrible...don't even to post it. But my protein intake was 103 grams! Damn good! April

Hey Kay, How do you do the iced protein coffee drink? I seriously need to give up the starbucks and I can't stand the taste of the protein shakes! Help!

Hey Wendi! I just use 1 1/2 scoops of unflavored protein powder...I use Unjury. Then 8 oz. of decaf coffee...I bought it from WaWa last night because I was there but you can make your own at home. Then I used 4 oz. of CC milk...I always use the 2% Carb Countdown milk. Add 3 Splendas and shake it up! Then I poured it over the ice. It was really good! I can't stand the taste of the unflavored powder but I couldn't taste it at all!!! So I think I'll be making those more often because I don't particularly like the taste of shakes either. April

Dawn, How was the tilapia from Red Lobster? I thought abut ordering it before, but it said that it was marinated in something. I was afraid that the marinate would have sugar in it. So, instead I ordered steak. I was quite surprised at how good their steak was. I'd be interested in knowing if the tilapia is good so next time I can order it. Kathy
