Pneomonia Again!

Please keep me in your prayers. I have pneomonia once again. I have to find another PCP though, my PCP didn't even want to see me she told me to call my gastric bypass surgeon!! She has done this before too. I told her I either had pneomonia again or maybe strep throat. She still wouldn't see me! So I called my surgeon and he said I should find another PCP too. He said I could come see him or go to the closest ER. I went to the ER after my DH got off work (I was too sick to drive). They said I now have pneomonia in the right lower lung. I'm breathing ok and my stats are good. If I have problems he said I would have to be admitted but for now I could go home. Plenty of rest and fluids. Now I need to find a good PCP that supports gastric bypass and not let it spook them off. So when I get sick I can go see them instead of always counting on my surgeon. I will probably be MIA the next few days as I feel dreadful!!! Hugs, Julie

Oh Julie, I am so sorry to hear that you are sick and your PCP is being a butthead!! I hope you have a speedy recovery from all of this and please take care and drink as much as possible. Dehydration and pnuemonia dont mix well!!! God bless and I will keep you in my prayers! Steph

Awww, Julie.. I'm so sorry to hear about the Pnemonia again! Finding a PCP sounds like the right thing to do since she is not even willing to see you. Thats HORRIBLE!! I hope you feel better soon! Get some rest and let us know how your feeling. Oh, I love the pic. You look GREAT!!! Take Care Kay

You are in my prayers as well.....My PCP had gastric bypass surgery and is wonderful. I will pray for you to find an excellent one as well. And have you thought about reporting the dumba** to a medical board or something...GEEZE... Take care Marsha
