I'm back!!! How is everyone doing today? I'm great. Sorry I'm late in posting this, I've been busy today.
Thanks Dawn for filling in for me while I was away.
My Menu~

B~ Protein Coffee
L~Pinto's n cheese from Taco Bell
D~Scrambled egg w/ cheese
S~Protein Coffee
Vitamins: Done
Water: 46 oz so far

My Protein Coffee....
First I add 1 tsp. of instant coffee to 8 oz of ho****er, then stir in 1 scoop of Nectar Cappuciano protein powder and 1 pack of splenda.
For a big cup, I use 16 oz of ho****er, 2 tsp. of decaf and 1 1/2 scoops of protein.
The only protein I have tried with this is Nectar Cappuciano and Elite Cappuciano. I'm sure any plain flavor would work too. I also have mixed half water and half cc milk. Its delicious like that. Just play around with different amounts of coffee and protein til you find out whats perfect for you.
If the protein you use clumps, try putting the protein in the cup first, add a lil warm water and make a thick paste out of it then add the rest of the ho****er or coffee.

Hi Kay,
Welcome back. Did you have a nice time? My weekend was nice I had a wedding shower on Sunday and then relaxed. Here is my menu:
B-nothing
L-1/2 c. of 1% cottage cheese & 1/2 c. of mixed fruit cut-up
D-1/2 c. of chicken caesar salad & small slice of italian bread
Water: Sipping
Vitamins: Check

LND: carne asada - sans tortilla, it was actually pretty good, I grilled it myself and it even stayed down.
S: chips and homemade guacamole
B: yogurt with protein rich granola
S: 1 slice of cheese 2 slices of turkey
L: protein shake
S: hopefully nothing but frito's are calling my name
D: somemore carne asada
S: popsicle!!! MMMM YUMMY

Vitamins: okay need 1 more multi

D ~ 2oz pork chop & 3oz of lean ground beef ~32g protein
65ish protein I may have another snack to get protein to 70+

Water: 94 thus far
Exercise: 15 min walk

B-a little mexican rice with some pork pieces and cjili sauce and zuchinni
L-the same as breakfast
D-mexican rice with melted colby jack cheese about 1/2 cup total
S-some colby jack cheese squares about 1/2 cup
water is not so good today probably just at about 40 oz but I am still sipping.
exercise was walking all over the hospital again, probably about 2 miles again.
vitamins before I go to bed which is now!!
