It starts with a 2

Hey guys Today I had a doctor's appointment with my PCP to check my iron and let her check my knee from when I fell in Kmart last week and GUESS WHAT?? .... I WEIGH 297 LBS. I am so excited!! I know mostly everyone is trying to get out of the 2's but I'm PROUD to be in them. Just 10 months ago, I was 450 lbs. This is my first big goal and I'm so happy I reached it!!! 91 lbs. GONE since surgery and 153 lbs. gone from my highest!!! I just had to share my news with my guys!! Thanks for listening Kay 450/388/297/175ish
