Hello! I am going back to school!

Ok, so I am going to a online school for now but hey it is a start. I feel like I am getting back the life I wasted away! I am 31 and going back to school, it is sooooo weird. I feel like..........well I am not sure how I feel LOL. Thanks for reading, Melissa

Good for you Melissa! I went back to school in my 30s and I loved it. I had to quit for a while due to some health issues and then my employer stopped offering to pay tuition unless you were studying a field related to their business. Then in 1998 they closed our facility here in Nashville so I was able to go back and finish my last year on the government's dime - Thank you everyone for contributing to my education! I graduated with Highest Honors (3.98 GPA - 4.0 in my major) in May 1999 at age 44. It's not easy but it is so-o-o-o worth it! Susan

Congratulations Melissa!!!! This is a huge accomplishment! I am very proud of you for making this decision. I dropped out of school and stopped working due to my weight, I cant wait til I go back to doing both. Keep us updated on how things are going! Kay

Congratulations! Isn't it crazy that since we have all taken on this surgery that we have all gotten a new lease on life and are all trying so many new things???!!! Jen
