Each month you shrink you look great and keep up the good work. My 5th month isn't tell this Monday and I havent done to good so far I have only lost 4 lbs. What do you average a month last month I lost 11 lbs. Debra

Hi Debra! Your new pic is sooo cute! These are my monthly weights/differences.... Highest: 393 Pre-Op: 382 Month One: 344 Diff: 38 Month Two: 324 Diff: 20 Month Three: 298 Diff: 26 Month Four: 275 Diff: 23 Month 5: 253 Diff: 22 I guess I'm roughly 20 pounds or so a month. I am so thankful for this surgery. You're doing wonderful! I have alot to lose I just don't know why my body decided this time it'll drop the weight fast instead of all those times before.
