Good Evening Ladies
How is everyone doing today? I'm good. I had a very relaxing day. I did absolutely NOTHING.
My menu~
LNS~ Nothing
B~2 Jenny O breakfast sausage links and 1/2 peice of wheat toast
L~10 oz Protein Coffee
D~Grilled hamburger patty and salad w/ cheese and FF ranch
S~Protein coffee
Water: low but sipping
Vitamins: on track
Exercise: one mile walk
Have a nice evening

B; profect
L: a ricotta mushroom crepe, ate the ricotta part and the crust from a part of raisin bread
S: 1/2 egg, 2 sliced bacon, 1/2 sausage
D: 2g wine, went to spanish tapas restaurant in London, my absolute favorite. Had bites of eggplant with cheese, mushrooms, awesome asparagus, lentils with bacon, iberian ham (melt in your mouth yum)
All my vitamins and at least 3 litres of water

Hi Kay,
My day was good, nice and warm here around 80 degrees. Tomorrow I'm treating myself to a full set of nails, I can't wait. Here is my menu:
B-nothing
L-1/2 c. of 1% cottage Cheese, 1/2 c. of mixed fresh fruit
D-1/2 piece of grilled chicken, 1/4 c. of mixed bean salad & fresh fruit
Water: sipping
Vitamins: Check

I dont know exactly how much.. but ive been finishing off my rotessery chicken from the other day. I feel like ive been eating it all day...
I had a protien bar, "pure protien" it had 20 grams of protien in it.
I just made bacon and scram egs for supper. I know I need to lay off the bacon but I did have a small bit. (.5 slice)
and my neverending supply of water.

I had a very busy day today. I went to the YWCA for water aerobics this morning, went for a mile walk with a former co-worker at lunch time, then to the gym with my personal trainer this afternoon. It was hard getting all of my meals and water in, but I think I accomplished it.
B: 1/4 c cottage cheese mixed with cool whip free & splenda (made it up the night b4 so it was thick)
S: 2 small cheese cubes (about 1oz.) after water aerobics and before my 1 mile walk
L: 1/4 c cottage cheese/w 1/4 cantaloupe
S: 1/2 banana--after my workout at the gym
D: a small portion of goulash. I was afraid of eating macaroni, but I tried it and so far I'm doing ok. I really overcooked the macaroni hoping maybe it wouldn't swell up in my pouch.
I tend to eat more when I exercise this much. I'm soooo hungry, especially after getting out of the water.

I have not been ignoring you~I've been ignoring this post.....only because I didn't have the courage to tell others what I have been eating (or lack there of). Today is a new day however.....
My menu~
B: 8oz FF CC milk w/1 scoop vanilla praline protein
L: 2oz 99% FF turkey and 2 slices "Naturaly Slender" cheese
D: Lean Cusine meal...I forget what it was called. But I remember that it was 140 cals, 6 grams of fat, and 10 carbs
Vitamins done, drinking up, 2 hours at the gym
