What's on YOUR menu for Tuesday?
Please don't stay away from the post, Dawn.
Some days I feel like I need to lie about my menu becasue I worry about what others will say about what I'm eating or say I don't eat enough. I know that's SAD!
No two people eat the same and I feel pretty lucky to be one of the ones that are NOT always hungry or eat and don't get that full feeling. As long as I know I'm doing the right thing, I'm gonna continue to eat like I have been or not eat if I don't want to.

Breakfast: 1/2C lowfat cottage cheese
Lunch: 1/5oz lowfat hard salami & 1/5 oz muenster cheese rolled up into a sandwich
Snack: 1/2 serving Isopure Chocolate Shake (25g protein) not bad
Dinner: Yummy salad with turkey, cheese, black olives, carrots, fresh mushrooms, cucumber and lowfat ceaser dressing


I got out of the habit a while back of posting what I eat. I'm going to try to get back in the habit, so Kay if you don't see me posting.. hunt me down
B~1 egg, 1 slice of cheese, 1 slice of toast
L~3 oz of grilled tuna fillet and 1 oz. cooked spinach
D~Leftover spaghetti
Water: I did really well today. Almost 80 oz.
Exercise: Cardio - Biggest Loser DVD

B: IDS Protein tube (25 g protein)
S: 1 c chicken broth w/ 2 saltines
L: 1 c broccoli cheese soup w/ 2 toast points
D: 1 steak finger (didn't go down well . . shared w/ puppy)
S: Powercrunch bar
Liquids: 92 oz.
Vitamins: in
Exercise: typing fingers on computer - didn't feel well!
