What's on YOUR menu for Wednesday?
Good Evening Ladies
How is everyone doing today? I'm great. I've been shopping for Fathers Day and my Mom's birthday all day plus a little window shopping. Other than thtat, nothing exciting.
My menu~
LNS~ SF Popsicle
B~20 oz Protein Coffee
L~Inside of a burrito.. meat, refried beans, lettuce, onion
D~1 egg omlet w/ cheese and ham
S~8 oz Protein coffee
Water: 40 oz so far
Exercise: walked a mile this morning
Vitamins: on track

Beautiful day here in Chicagoland
Breakfast: 1/2C lowfat cottage cheese
Lunch: turkey & muenster cheese roll up
snack: Isopure chocolate shake
Dinner: Salamlete w/mushrooms - that's a salami omlete made with lowfat hard salami 2 eggs and 1/2 c mushrooms. My dog shared it with me it was way too much to eat.
Vitamines and iron done for the day.
Still drinking but almost done with my 2 quarts of crystal light

I'm doing good today, I went for my nail appointment and I'm so happy to have the nails back.
I love shopping, I'm sure you had a blast. Here is my menu:
B-nothing
L-1/2 of an Asian Salad from McDonalds
D-1/2 c. of egg noodles w/homemade sauce, 1/2 of a meatball & 1 piece of garlic toast
Water: 32 ounces of iced tea & 16 ounces of Lemon Splash
Vitamins: check

L~ 3 bay scallops and 1 oz. spinach
D~Few bites of Chicken Penne Pasta at Applebees, and a few chips from the nachos.
S~ 1/2 c pistachios -- munched on throughout the day.
Water: 101.4 oz.
Exercise: Today was my day off from working out.
Vitamins: On track

Again I am holding to my guns and not going on fitday...this is really hard for me but I need to lay down some of these compulsive addictions I have.

L~ 1 light string cheese
S~ 3 slices of pepperoni off Dh's pizza
D~2/3 can tuna with chopped red onion and 1/2 tsp relish
