Post Op Planner

Has anyone checked the Post Op Planner Lately??? I just checked mine and am amazingly on target to lose 100% of my excess body weight and hit 160 pounds by Month 18! I wonder if that might be too thin? When I checked a few months back I was horribly behind target. Isn't it weird how our body works? To use it, I used my highest weight.... Jaci thanks for posting this! I did my figures and I am right on target for where I want to be and was getting frustrated cause I didnt seem to be losing as much as I thought I should be. Thanks again for the post! Sue

I'm on target with both charts... Jaci's gives my ideal weight as the same as my surgeon said... Chele's gives my ideal weight as what I want to be... LOL

Im on track with loosing 110% of my excess weight. That would put me at 144 pounds. I could handle that! Oh, and Im 5 foot 10 also Jaci. I'll never be too thin! Normal weight for us is anywhere between 129-173. I want to get down to the lower end. Crossing my fingers! kristi

Jaci~ My ideal weight is 138 lbs. I guess because I'm so short (5'4 1/2) Now that is FUNNY. I have never been that thin and cant imagine what I would look like. I only want to get to about 175ish. Anyway.. I'm on track too! 2 months ago, I was behind. Kay

Hey Jaci, I used the one that Chele posted a while back and liked what it had to say. I'm on target for both schedules. But I sure the heck don't wanna weigh 118!!! I would be a tooth pick! I think I'm gonna get to 125-130 and try to maintain that weight. Dana

2 mons ago I was looking at about 75% loss...now I am at 100%. I think it's because my weight loss is staying the same still...when it starts to slow...that's when I'll be in trouble. Dawn
