How is everyone's day? Mine has been good. After my dumping episode yesterday I slept late then finished shopping for my secret pal and mom.
LNS~SF popsicle
B~16 oz Protein Coffee
L~ 1/2 A baked chicken breast
D~ Turkey hotdog, 2 tbs. of FF turkey chili and 1 slice of 2% cheese
Water: 38 oz so far
Exercise: one mile walk
Vitmains: on track

I'm doing good a little tired but overall doing okay. Tomorrow I have a dentist appointment to finish a root canal and then I'm off in the afternoon to rest.
Here is my menu:
B-nothing
L-1/2 c. of 1% cottage cheese & mixed fresh fruit
D-Small grilled chicken breast w/1/2 c. of scalloped potatos
Water: 20 ounces so far
Vitamins: Check

Another beautiful spring day in Chicago, sunny and warm
Enjoying today cause tomorrow I have to go to the doctor so we can "Play with insulin" some more
Anyway here is what I've had today:
Breakfast: 1/2c 1/% cottage cheese
Lunch: turkey and muenster cheese rollup
Snack: Isopure chocolate protein shake
Dinner: Tuna Melt - 3oz albacore tuna, 1tbs dill reli****bs ff mayo mix together and cover with slice of muenster cheese. Put in microwave for 1 min to melt the cheese.
Vitamines and iron done
20 workout on Cardiotrainer today
and I'm a drinking fool: 2qts of Crystal Lite Lemonade, 1q****er 12 oz protein shake and it's only 6:30p.m.

Nothing exciting to report today...I lead a boring life.
My menu~
B~ light cheese stick
L~grilled chicken ceaser salad from McDonalds...no dressing, ate 2/3 of the chicken, and a few bites of lettuce with parm cheese on it
D~(will be) a protien shake

Hey, it's getting easier and easier not to jump on fitday. I think I might have finally laid down one of my crazy obsessions.

I'm bummed today because I have an ear infection. My Dr. told me to stay out of the pool for at least a week. I'm using prescription ear drops and I'm on an antibiotic. Here's my menu:
B: Luna peppermint protein bar
S: 1/2 banana
L: 1/2 c cottage cheese on 1/4 cantaloupe
S: after working out--1/2 banana
D: ham & cheese burrito (made at home)
I've drank tons of water and taken all of my vitamins
I worked out at the hospital for an hour
B: AchievOne Cappucino
S: 1 c chicken broth
L: Jack in the Box Asian Chicken Salad: all chicken, little lettuce and a little dressing w/ a few mandarin oranges
S: 1/2 protein bar (made me sick as a dog when I got home)
and CC Chocolate Milk
D: 1 c Cr. of chicken soup made w/ skim milk
Water: 72 oz. so far with more to go
Vitamins: in
Exercise: "dumping" protein bar on couch (takes a lot out of you)

L~3 oz. grilled salmon
D~1/4 of quarter lb beef patty with cheese, 2 bites of a crab cake and 1/4 c. of mixed veggies.
Water: 60 oz.. didn't do to good today... but am still working on it.
Exercise: I did strength training portion of the Biggest Loser DVD
