Breakfast: Nothing - had to fast today so they could do a blood draw
Lunch: Luna bar
Dinner: Bar-B-Q Chicken Breast
Snack: Will do an Isopure Chocolate Shake later to make sure I get enought protein in
Vitamins and Iron done
Working on my 2qts of Crystal Lite

B protein drink(skim milk, egg, yogurt, ground flax seeds, 1/2 banana, part scoop of protein powder) 30 grams protein
S none
L 1 cup cottage cheese w/ unsweetened canned peach slices (over and hour's time) 30 grams protein
S cheddar cheese 9 grams protein
D homemade chicken soup 20 grams protein
S cheddar cheese 9 grams protein

= 98 grams of protein
almost 2 litres of water
vitamins, calcium, B12, iron all okay
lazy day..just walked a bit
