****TGIF***** How is everyone doing this beautiful Friday afternoon? I'm doing just fine. Today I went to walmart to get my daughter shorts and Tshirts for camp. Since it's hot we are spending tomorrow at the lake. What exciting plans do you have for the weekend?? My menu~ B~1 scrambled egg w/ 1 slice of cheese and 1 slice of ham S~4 wheat thins L~Protein shake D~Chicken salad made from 1/2 a roasted chicken breast, FF mayo, relish and onion. Vitamins: on track Water: 30 oz so far Exercise: little walk this afternoon, will do my mile this evening. Have a Wonderful Weekend Kay

Hi Kay Here you go: Breakfast: Nothing - had to fast today so they could do a blood draw Lunch: Luna bar Dinner: Bar-B-Q Chicken Breast Snack: Will do an Isopure Chocolate Shake later to make sure I get enought protein in Vitamins and Iron done Working on my 2qts of Crystal Lite Have a great weekend

B: 1/4 c egg/cheese/sausage quiche S: AchievOne Mocha Java L: 1/2 c Taco Soup, then later South Beach Breakfast bar S: 1 oz. cheddar cheese and 8 South Beach Whole wheat crackers D: 2 oz. scallops (sauteed) and later 1 c CC Chocolate Milk Water: 88 oz. so far Vitamins: In Exercise: none Karla

B~1/2 cup of Special K protein plus L~Protein shake D~1/2 cup of spaghetti sauce that I make up and freeze in one portion containers. I can't do the pasta. S~1 reduced-fat mozzerella string cheese stick YUMMY! Vitamins, Water & Exercise all ok!

B protein drink(skim milk, egg, yogurt, ground flax seeds, 1/2 banana, part scoop of protein powder) 30 grams protein S none L 1 cup cottage cheese w/ unsweetened canned peach slices (over and hour's time) 30 grams protein S cheddar cheese 9 grams protein D homemade chicken soup 20 grams protein S cheddar cheese 9 grams protein ________________________________________ = 98 grams of protein almost 2 litres of water vitamins, calcium, B12, iron all okay lazy day..just walked a bit Nancy B
