What's on YOUR menu for Saturday?
Hello Ladies
How is everyone doing today. I'm good. We had plans to go to the lake all day but we slept in instead. I got up, took a early morning swim and chilled at home in the air. It's HOT today!!! Now we are on the way to the park to walk since the sun's going down and fish for the evening.
The board is slow on the weekend so I feel like I'm talking to myself
Ok, enough of me rambling about my day.
My Menu~
B~ 1 fried egg sprinkled with 2% cheese
S~8 oz water with 1/2 a scoop of protein
L~ 1 slice of ham & 1 slice of cheese rolled up and 2 watermelon chunks
D~1/4 c. tuna salad
S~8 oz water with 1/2 a scoop of protein
Exercise: swimming for an hour and walk in the park
Vitamins: on track
Water: 42 oz so far

Hi Kay,
You're not talking to yourself--I'm here. I haven't been feeling up to par today. Yesterday hubby was sick in bed all day & I think he passed it on to me. I still went to the gym this morning, but my eating is not so great.
B: powercrunch bar
L: 1/2 c cottage cheese on 1/4 of a cantaloupe (didn't eat all of it)
D: lean cuisine--only ate the chicken from it and it got stuck--I'm chewing on papaya tablets now to try to get it to go down.
No snacks, but I think I'll have a protein bar later this evening.
