Hello Everyone

My name is Laurie, and I had surgery on the 19th of January. I have basically been a lurker since the week after my surgery when I found this board until now!! I am going to start posting. I have always been shy to join groups and looking back it probably had to do with being overweight and my self confidence. Although I have not posted, you all have been such a great support system to me and hopefully I now can be part of your support.
