NEW GOALS!!!
Okay guys - here is the spot for you to post your new goals for the week! Let's hear what you have planned or what you would like to get done. As always it doesn't have to be WLS related! So lets hear it people! Thanks in advance for participating. Oh yeah - some of you posted your goals on our Friday Recap, I am hoping you could take a minute or two to post them on this thread so when I do the recap again they are on in the same spot!!! Thanks! Love you guys!

1. Get to the gym 4 times this week.
2. Do mainly a liquid diet this week, very little carbs.
3. But a bathing suit.
4. Meet with the caterer.
5. Do my crunches and push ups everynight. if I don't get them in at the gym.
6. WATER!!!!!

Hi Dana!! This is fun, not all my goals are weight related but I guess It cant consume my whole life...
1) do cardio 3 times this week.
2) lift weights 4 times this week.
3) take time to make lunch before I go to work, including snacks!!!
4) be like the wives on TV and keep the house clean (on my days off)
5) Be more involved in my childrens summer reading.
6) WATER WATER WATER WATER

Hi Dana,
I have a bunch of goals this week.
1. Playtime devotions with kids every morning after breakfast
2. Drink my protein latte - 30 grams to start the day
3. Play outside with the kids in the AM before it gets too hot. It is supposed to be 95 every day this week
4. Drink 20 ounces min before lunch
5. Eat only lean protein and a veggie or fruit for lunch
6. Personal devotion time while kids are napping after lunch
7. New foster daughter comes this week - get here stuff organized and get here settled in.
8. Finalize packing list for vacation
9. Drink 30 ounces after lunch
10. Healthy balanced dinner
11. Drink 30 ounces after dinner
12. Keep snacking to a minimum
13. Time with hubby every night after kids are in bed
14. Go to be by 10:30
These are going to be my ongoing daily goals. I am going to post them with a check off spot for each daily goal. I wonder how many checks I will have at the end of the week.
