What's on YOUR menu for Sunday?
Good Evening Ladies
How is everyone doing today? Im good. After church this morning, we just stayed home and chilled out. The weather is horrible. Raining off and on all day plus thunderstorms. I miss the sunshine.
My menu~
B~2 turkey breakfast sausage links and 1/2 slice of wheat toast
S~8 oz water w/ scoop of protein
L~ 1/2 Stallone protein pudding.. Yuck!
D~Grilled hamburger pattie w/ grilled onions and lil mustard
Vitamins: on track
Water: 45 oz so far
Exercise: none but if it stops raining, i will walk my mile.

Hi Kay. It was nice here...not hot but nice. I've been in the house all nice resting up for my night shift. Here's my menu:
B- 1/4 cup egg beaters w/ cheese and 3 silces turkey bacon...I'll stick w/ regular eggs!
L- 3 turkey meatballs, 1/2 cup LF ricotta cheese and marinara sauce...very yummy!
D- 3 oz. leftover chicken, 1 tbsp mashed potatoes, 3 broccoli heads from Houlihan's last night
S- Hot french vanilla protein latte w/ whipped cream
Kay, Stallone pudding is pretty nasty alone...try some SF cool whip on top. It tastes pretty good like that! Also, when you make your own pudding from protein powder, it's less to eat.

Hi Guys:
I've had a lazy day today. I slept in until 11 a.m. then showered, and read the Sunday paper. I started reading Mary Higgins Clark's newest book & the next thing I knew I was asleep again. Don't know why I'm so tired today.
Here's my menu:
B: power crunch bar-triple chocolate...yum
L: 1/2 c cottage cheese on 1/4 cantaloupe--can't get enough of this!
D: hubby made rotisserie chicken with a couple of asparagus and a few bites of sweet potato...yum,,this is both of our favorite meals.
S: I might have a Pria choc peppermint bar before bedtime.
