Guess what?!
I don't weigh myself weekly anymore because I was becoming
over it. But I weighed myself today just to keep an eye on things and to make sure I'm doing what I'm supposed to be doing. But today......I weighed 200.5!!!! Soooooo close to onerderland that I can smell it
. It's funny too because I went to the doctors the other day and I weighd 206.5 which was a 1 lb loss in like 3 weeks, so I was a tad bit bummed but I got over it. But I guess I am doing what I'm supposed to (even though I only went to the gym once this week
). Lemme tell ya something....eating carbs speeds up the process for me I think. I've heard alot of people say that whenever they overindulged on the carbs for the week that they lost a good amount of weight. It may not be that, so I'm not saying for everyone to go eat a whole bunch of crackers and stuff because I will surely get flamed! But I'm just saying it's weird. I did....I admit....extra overindulge on carbs this week so much that I was pissed at myself. I had pretzels, FF pringles, tons of crackers...so I vowed to chill out this week. But off of my sidebar.....I'm just really happy that I'm so close to onderland. And I still have a lot of weight to lose. I'm looking into a trainer to tighten up the saggy baggies everywhere. I'll weigh myself next time on my surgiversary....we'll see!

Woohoo April!!! That is awesome!!! Hey girl...if it works for you...DO IT!! This things is all about trial and error and figuring out what works. We are all different therefor need to do this a little different for the best results. I'm just happy that you found something that works in your favor!! Now that I'm thinking about it....I wonder if hot fudge sundaes will make me loose?? Just Kidding

Hey April, congrats! That's awesome girl, and about the carb thing, it's funny you said that because 2 weeks ago I found the 100 calorie packs of doritoes and cheetos, and I was going through them like crazy, and I lost like 5 pounds that week, but this week i stayed away and lost 1 pound
go figure, i don't know if it was coincidence or not, but I won't be beating myself up any more over them 100 calories!
