L~Inside of a chicken quesidillas (frozen kind but still 20 g of protein!!)
D~Hot dog and 3 raw carrots with ranch dressing
S~Handful of pistachios

Exercise: I'm so proud of myself -- I did ALL of the HIGH-IMPACT cardio of the Biggest Loser DVD. All I can say is WOW .. it was very challenging!!!

B: ham/bacon/cheese of a Jaci in the Box (Oh...sorry I meant Jack) croissant. One of my co-workers ate the egg and croissant.

L: 1/2 c baked potato soup and 1/4 c chicken salad and couple of bites of fresh fruit
S: a few pecans & 1/2 c protein SF pudding
D: 2 oz. catfish
S: 1 oz. LF cheddar cheese and a few South Beach crackers
