What's on YOUR menu for Tuesday?
Good Evening Ladies and Gents
How is everyone doing today? I'm fine. I'm going to the beach this weekend but leaving to visit my parents and daughter tomorrow so I packed, went to the store to get some last minute things and a few loads of laundry.Other than that, nothing too exciting.
My menu~
B~ 16 oz Coffee with 1 1/2 scoops of protein
L~1 Grilled pork rib (no sauce) and 4 cucumber slices w/ tsp. FF ranch
D~Toppings off two small slices of grilled chicken pizza and 1 hot wing. Ok, I did take 2 small bites of the thin crust.
S~8 oz Coffee w/ scoop of protein
Vitamins: on track
Exercise: shopping and one mile walk
Water: low but sipping

. Today was nice here. I worked last night until this morning then I went to CPR class this afternoon. I was sooooooo tired after work. I was falling asleep giving the other nurse report...it was that bad!!! But I slept when I got home. And then tonight my best friend and I had crab night, so that was fun. Here's what's on my menu....remember my menu starts at 12 midnight.
12:00 a.m.- 3 oz. salmon, 5 cucumber slices w/ LF ranch dressing
4:30 a.m.- 1 cheese stick, 4 multigrain Club crackers (these are good!!!), Carb & Sugar control yogurt
7 a.m.- CC Choc milk
3:00 p.m.- protein iced coffee w/ 2 scoops protein
7:00 p.m.- crab legs, shrimp, salad, few fries

I ate out twice today...yep, that's right. I took a friend to lunch at Friendly's for her birthday (Friendly's is a chain restaraunt/ice cream parlor for you southerners, I guess you don't have any down there). For dinner hubby wanted to go to our favorite Mexican restaraunt.
So here it is:
B: powercruch bar
L: 1/2 chicken quesadilla
S: Atkins protein bar
D: 1/2 baked ham & cheese burrito & a couple of chips & salsa
I've barely gotten enough water in, but I'm getting there
vitamins ok
No exercise today....My personal trainer only wants me to work out at the gym 4 days a week. I'm going M, W, F and Sat
I can't go to water aerobics because of my swimmer's ear--hopefully will go back Thursday

Water is ok I guess, I have had about 50 oz or so and working on it.
Okay I am off to bed, I am gonna fall over!!!
