Confession time...
Not real thrilled with the look of the inner thighs - and, actually, most men consider it femnine for a guy to be working out on one of those thigh machines. (Not that I care much about what other men think)
Consequently, I've been wearing extra long basketball style shorts to the gym to cover up these scary things.

My stomach, with the overhang...although it's getting smaller, I wi**** were gone now! My legs look okay, I mean they are still fat but they are toning up little at a time and I now have calves!!! WOO HOO! I think for my stomach I'll start doing some stomach crunches added to my 1hr workout a day...hopefully that will make a difference.
