What's on YOUR menu for Thursday?
Hi all! I know this is soooo late.....2 a.m. late, but I thought Jaci was posting today. I had to be to work at 11 p.m., and should have checked before I left. And if someone sees it's not posted yet...feel free to post your menu. I don't care if Son of Sam does it..
. Here's what I had:
B: 1/2 LF cottage cheese w/ 3 sliced strawberries and splenda
S: iced coffee w/ protein
L: 1 buffalo chicken tender w/ some salad
D: 1 chicken leg w/ BBQ sauce, 1/2 of baked potato w/ butter and salt, about 3 tbsp peas
S: 1/2 Blue Bunny vanilla/fudge bar...then a cheese stick later...just in a snacking mood!
Exercise: 30 minutes on elliptical, 15 mins running
Vitamins: check
Water: 104 oz.!!!

Thanks for posting!
We will be heading to the beach in a couple hours so this is my last few minutes of internet access. I'm trying to soak it all in so I don't go through withdrawls. I am putting a lap top on my xmas list this year!!!
B~ 1 Hard Boiled Egg.
L~1/4 C. Tuna salad and 3 wheat thins

D~1/4 C. Tuna salad, 2 wheat thins and 3 celery sticks

Exercise: shopping
Water: low.. 48 oz.
Its so hard to get my protein in and my water in when I'm away from home.
