Dark Chocolate Lovers- read on

I found these new calcium supplements. They are called Adora and are disks of chocolate- I got the dark chocolate and they taste pretty darn good. Are they Citrate? My surgeon says I can only have citrate. I take the cirtical creamy bites but I am almost sick of them. The chocolate lilttle disc sound yummy. I'm gonna have to check that out. Thanks for sharing Kay

I dont think so... here are the ingredients: Calcium Carbonate, Chocolate, Sugar, Cocoa Butter, Soy Lecithin (an emulsifier), Vanilla, Vitamin D2 (ERGOCALCIFEROL), Vitamin K1 (PHYTONADIONE).

I need citrare too.... I forgot why..... I have the lemon bites, they're really tasty one on one- like lemon cake!
