What you eat today, willis?
Hey Jaci~ I'm back from the beach but still wont be back home til Thursday. Thanks for posting!
I had LOTS of temptations this weekend with good food, sweet and junk but I think I did pretty good. I didn't taste any sweets BUT was so tempted a couple times. The worst I did was a few chips here and there and I ate a peice of fried fish... only the meat, I tossed the breading. Anyway.. enough of me rambling
My menu~
B~ 1/2 a hamburger pattie
L~Grilled Beef rib.. no sauce
S~2 SF popsicles
D~ Grilled chicken leg and 2 small watermelon chunks
I could use a protien shake but I'm out! I'll get some tomorrow.
Water: 44 oz so far
Exercise: walked 1 1/2 miles this afternoon with my mom
Vitamins: on track

Exercise: getting in and out of vehicle, squirming in chair all day at conference - it was soooo boring! back for another round tomorrow in Aggieland.

L: Leftover beef stroganoff
S: Peanut butter cheese crackers
D: LF Cottage cheese w/peaches
S: A few chips and salsa
Water: Finally got my limit ... I'm waterlogged. LOL
Vitamins: All in this morning
Exercise: 30 minutes on treadmill

S: Laughing Cow Light French Onion Cheese wedge
L: South Beach Diet Turkey Club Wrap (I used all the insides- meat, cheese, bacon bits- but only one tortilla, then only ate 1/2)
S: Sugar Free Jello
D: Turkey/Chicken Chipolte Meatballs (4 small ones) with a dab of sour cream
S: 1/2 tbs. all natural peanut butter
F: 1 Scoop Nectar Carribean Cooler mixed w/ 8oz. Diet Ocean Spray Citrus Splash
