Again, i have class- I have my 1st Exam, I'm quie nervous.... but quite excited about the outcome. Hopefully a B or higher! *praying* I haven't wiggled today, been planted in front of the pc making more pedigrees... ALMOST done!!!!! Tonight I get to put everything back together lol

I did, I did!!!!! I did 15 minutes on the treadmill and I walked my dog. This is the first time I actually ventured out and walked her. I've been afraid that she would pull me down but we tried it today. We only went about 1/2 a block and turned around and came home. But we did it

Hey jaci~ I haven't posted on here for a while..I better get my butt back into the swing of things on this board. I did~ 45 mins pilates 35 mins elliptical leg press, 55 pounds 3 sets of 10, 20 & 30 reps tricep pull downs, 30 pounds 40 reps, 40 pounds 30 reps, 30 pounds 50 reps Dawn **I also started an Ab Buster class that is on Monday's and Wednesday's...I woke up this morning thinking I DIED....that class whopped my butt yesterday**

Lunchtime I went to the gym, did all kinds of machines, legs, arms, butt etc. I did 100 crunches today which is a total first for me and when I got home this evening I did 30 minutes on the treadmill. Now if I can keep this up I should be in great shape!

Yep, I did the high-impact cardio workout form the Biggest Loser DVD. I don't know how you all fit it working out for more then a 1/2 hr. I bow to you! But I guess 30 mins is better then nothing right? Susan

Hi Jaci I walked around the water park with my daughter for 4 hours. I climbed a lot of stairs to get to the top of the water slides. My legs and thighs hurt but I was proud of myself for even doing it. kay
