I haven't posted on here for a while..I better get my butt back into the swing of things on this board.
I did~
45 mins pilates
35 mins elliptical
leg press, 55 pounds 3 sets of 10, 20 & 30 reps
tricep pull downs, 30 pounds 40 reps, 40 pounds 30 reps, 30 pounds 50 reps

**I also started an Ab Buster class that is on Monday's and Wednesday's...I woke up this morning thinking I DIED....that class whopped my butt yesterday**
