Eating Ok Today??
Today my pouch has been YELLING at me.... saying its starved, but whenever I eat something she yells at me that its not right! All I've had today is Carb Countdown Choco Milk and a SF hazelnut latte...some protein. I just don't know what up with the hunger.... I'm gonna keep chugging my liquids though. When I get back to the house I'll cook some eggs, maybe Pookie would like them?

DO I have to start texting you on your phone to remind you to eat??!??! Take care of yourself girl! You are way to busy and active to be living on of that little bit of food! I don't wanna see you fall out from malnutrition. (dang I feel like a mom)

my eating is a little off today too! I'm just not hungry so I'm drinking protein.
B~8 oz Coffee with a scoop of protein
S~8 oz Coffee with 1/2 a scoop of protein
L~ 1/2 a hotdog (no bun)
S~ 1/2 a child size SF/FF Frozen Yoguart :puke: .. Cybil didn't like this.
D~8 oz Coffee with a scoop of protein
Vitamins.. on track.
Exercise.. lots of walking at the water park

S~4 peanut M&M's... I'm not gonna lie -- I wanted these badly!!!! It could have been worse, I could have eaten the whole bag!!!!!

S~2 cups of plain popcorn

Water: About 50 oz so far, but am still drinking

L: Bumble Bee Tuna Sensations Snack Pack (3 oz of lemon pepper tuna w/ 6 ritz crackers)

D: Lean Cuisine 3 Cheese Chicken- I only ate the cheesy chicken part, threw away the rest.
S: SF Frozen Fruit Bar
F: 1 scoop Nectar Carribean Cooler mixed w/ 8 oz Diet (not light) Ocean Spray Citrus Splash
