Eating Ok Today??

Today my pouch has been YELLING at me.... saying its starved, but whenever I eat something she yells at me that its not right! All I've had today is Carb Countdown Choco Milk and a SF hazelnut latte...some protein. I just don't know what up with the hunger.... I'm gonna keep chugging my liquids though. When I get back to the house I'll cook some eggs, maybe Pookie would like them? What about your menu?

DO I have to start texting you on your phone to remind you to eat??!??! Take care of yourself girl! You are way to busy and active to be living on of that little bit of food! I don't wanna see you fall out from malnutrition. I did better.... ate 2 protein bars throughout the day. It was weird, Pookie wouldn't shut up!!! people wer elooking at me in class! lol

Hey Jaci~ my eating is a little off today too! I'm just not hungry so I'm drinking protein. B~8 oz Coffee with a scoop of protein S~8 oz Coffee with 1/2 a scoop of protein L~ 1/2 a hotdog (no bun) S~ 1/2 a child size SF/FF Frozen Yoguart :puke: .. Cybil didn't like this. B~ 1 egg and a pinch of cheddar cheese S~4 peanut M&M's... I'm not gonna lie -- I wanted these badly!!!! It could have been worse, I could have eaten the whole bag!!!!! L~3 large shrimp and about 1/4 pistachios D~1 3 oz. turkery burger w/cheese and about 3 bites of a salad. S~2 cups of plain popcorn Exercise: Cardio -30 mins Water: About 50 oz so far, but am still drinking

Basically, untill I get my new computer (its being shipped to me), I will post my menu a day late- since the only chance I have is at work in the mornings Tuesday: B: Carb Control Yogurt L: Bumble Bee Tuna Sensations Snack Pack (3 oz of lemon pepper tuna w/ 6 ritz crackers) S: RF String Cheese D: Lean Cuisine 3 Cheese Chicken- I only ate the cheesy chicken part, threw away the rest. S: SF Frozen Fruit Bar F: 1 scoop Nectar Carribean Cooler mixed w/ 8 oz Diet (not light) Ocean Spray Citrus Splash TOTALS: Cals 675 Fat 20 Carbs 40 Protein 73 Got all my fluids in too Did not exercise
