Hey guys, I post this daily on the Cali board so I thought I would post it over here today. I'm sorry if it's a little early but I was bored. Don't mean to step on any toes either!

Water: 64 oz. so far, working on a 20 oz. bottle of water right now

Thanks for posting today! I'm home now so I can start posting again tomorrow.
I have no clue where my apitite has gone the past couple of days. Everything I eat or even think about eating, turns me off.

Hey Dana!!!!
Today Mexican National team played at the Soccer World Championship. So we had a family reunion to watch the match and had a huge breakfast:
Breakfast:
coffee, two large glasses of orange juice, a huge portion of mexican scramble eggs (tomato, onion and hot chili pepper), fried beans and hot mexican sauce, and a little bit of bread.
Snack: Nothing
Lunch: Nothing
Dinner: green beans pods with eggs and cheese (I don't know if you know this vegetable in USA)
Water: 2 lts of be light (crystal light), half litter of plain water.

Dana: Where do you get this protein gronola... tell me more! Also, is your buffalo chicken patty breaded? And, what brand is it/where do you get it???
This is what I had for Wednesday:
B: 4oz Carb Control Strawberry Yogurt, a while later had 1 Light Laughing Cow French Onion cheese wedge.
L: The chicken and provolone off of a Subway Tuscana sandwich, also ate a few olives and banana peppers with it- I was in a pinch, and it was not that good.
D: Soy Crisps with FF Cream Cheese
F: 1 Scoop Nectar Fuzzy Navel mixed with Diet Oceanspray Citrus Splash
TOTALS:
Cals 526
Fat 17
Carbs 18
Protein 69- Again, I'd like to think I snuck in an extra gram somewhere in the day

Hey there!!! I ate out at a resturant yesterday and the patty was originally part of a sandwhich that was on the menu. It was breaded but I sure didn't let that stop me. It was quite yummy. As far as the granola. I found it at Henrys here in Cali. I'm not sure the nutritional information on it but I do remember seeing that it had more protein in it than the other granola next to it. Not to mention that the name of it said something about having added protein. I like it cause it's crunchy and has a little more protein that regular granola.
