Good afternoon Ladies and Gents How is everyone doing today? I'm good. Nothing exciting going on in my neck of the woods. It's hot and humid so I stayed home, unpacked and washed clothes. Stephanie won movie tickets to a movie premeire tonight so I'm off to the movie theatre. Our taste in movies is so different so I might end up napping My menu~ B~ 1 Slice of turkey ham and 1 slice of cheese rolled up S~8 oz coffee w/ a scoop of protein L~1 slice of turkey ham and 1 slice of cheese rolled up D~Grilled hamburger pattie w/ tsp. of mustard * I'll probably have a small handful of popcorn at the movies too. Water: 40 oz so far Vitamins: on track Exercise: none yet, I'll walk this evening when the sun goes down. Have a nice evening Kay

Hi Kay, I'm doing good, it is also very warm here today. I hibernated in the air conditioning till I left for work this afternoon at 12:30pm. Have fun at the movies. B-Nothing L-1/2 c. of 1% cottage cheese D-4 Shrimp Sushi Rolls & 1/2 of a meatball S-Maybe some blueberries (fresh) Vitamins: Check Water: 28 ounces so far Have a good night, Carly

BBQ Rotisserie Chicken S: SF Protein Banana Cream Pie w/ banana bits (tastes like real banana pudding) Vitamins: check Water: 76 oz. so far, drinking another 8 right now Excercise: 35 minutes of Chicometrics DVD Karla 337/246/150

Welcome Home Kay! I had quite the funky day of eating: B: 4 oz Vanilla Carb Control Yogurt L: Cheesy Chicken from a "three cheese chicken lean cusine" S: 1/8 c. FF Mango Sorbet- I feel SO GUILTY about this! D: about 3/4 oz of Soy Crisps F: Will need to drink 2 protein drinks (Nectar) by nights end to meet my protein intake for the day Totals (including yet to be drank protein): Cals 571 Fat 10 Carbs 37 Protein 77 Fluids: meh, about 50oz Exercise: Walked a bit after work. Not intentially though, lol. I got lost walking from the train to the UPS store that I had never been to... but it did not hurt to walk!
