What's on YOUR menu for Friday?

How is everyone doing this evening? I'm good. Just a typical day other than grocery shopping. We were going to go fishing for a while but the rain and thunderstoms just started so it looks like we will be spending our Friday at home watching movies.
My menu~
B~ 8 oz Protein Coffee
L~1 Slice of turkey and 1/2 a power crunch bar
D~I'm cooking Tacos.. My fav! Ground beef, refried beans and mexican rice. Topped with lettuce, cheese, onions, ff sour cream and taco sauce. Few bites of taco shell.. sounds like a lot but I'll only eat a little bit of each. Mostly the protein!
S~If I want something.. The other half of my power crunch bar
Water: 40 oz so far
Vitamins: on track
Exercise: walked this morning.

L: 3 crab-stuffed broiled shrimp, 4 bites bread, 2 bites lobster fondue and one bite broccoli
D: Roasted pork loin, with a couple of baby carrots and couple bites of potato
S: SF Banana Cream Pie Protein pudding

Water: 68 oz. so far, will work on more
Exercise: 30 minutes on bike

My surgeon wants me to get in 60 to 70 grams a protein a day. My goal is to get at least 60 a day. Most days I fall short and average between 50 to 55. Today I met my goal of 60. I put 1.5 scoops of protein in my morning coffee to start out with 33 grams of protein. I couldn't meet my protien goal without protein shakes because I can only eat but so much food. I usually add a scoop or a half a scoop of protein to coffee as a snack to up my protein durning the day.
My weight slowed down one time and adding a shake durning the day as a snack helped. I don't weigh often so I have no clue if I've stalled lately or not.
Hang in there. Make sure your eating enough, drinking enough and geting your protein in. The weight will start to fall off again.

I'm doing good, very happy that it's Friday. Mmm tacos sound wonderful, I love those also. Here is my menu:
B-Nothing
L-1/4 c. of 1% cottage cheese and few bites of trail mix
D-2 small chinese pancakes, Steamed Scallops w/mixed vegetables (chinese)
Water: 44 ounces so far
Vitamins: Check

Hi Guys:
I'm not sure what happened to me today, but I was feeling really weird. I went to workout & after my cardio warm up my trainer sent me home--said I didn't look well. I wasn't feeling sick, just drained of energy. I felt better after taking a nap. Well, here's my menu today:
B: Atkins protein bar
L: cottage cheese/fresh fruit salad
S: Pria peppermint protein bar before workout
D: 1 slice pizza with pepperoni--not setting well right now
I had a very light workout and I'm still working on my water...vitamins are done
Unfortunately I went to the Dr. today & I have to go back on my blood pressure medicatoin
B: Carb Control Blueberry Yogurt- 4 oz
L: SouthBeach Asian Wrap (used all the chicken, 1/2 tortilla, 1/2 the crunch noodles, 1/2 the dressing)
