What's on YOUR menu for Sunday??

Hello folks.. How is everyone doing today. I'm great!! After church, I finshed cooking my Sunday dinner and made a SF banana pudding. Yummy! I'm now on the way to go swimming so I'm posting early
My menu~
B~ 8 oz Chocolate CC milk.. was running late
L~ About 2 oz roast , 1/4 c. collard greens and two bites of mac n cheese.
D~Will be leftovers
S~SF banana pudding
Water: 35 oz so far
Vitamins: on track
Exercise: swimming and will walk later tonight

Hello Kay~
I think today is as good as a time as any to start holding myself accountable to what I eat so I'm going to start posting again. All I ask of everyone is that they don't compare my menu to their's and think they eat too much.
My menu~
B: 6oz FF CC milk, 1 scoop vanilla protein, 6oz "leaded" Hazelnut coffee (all mixed together...YUM)
L: 8 small shrimp, 3 small broccoli florets
S: 2 fish sticks of my daughter's plate
D: nothing
Vitamins done, 60+ oz of water and crystal light, no exercise on Sundays

B: 1 scrambled egg and 1/2 cup RF hash
L: 3/4 cup Special K protein plus w/ CC 2% milk
S: Carb & Sugar control yogurt, 1 string cheese stink, 4 saltines
D: 2 ox. baked chicken, 1 bite baked potato, 1 tbsp. fried cabbage

Hi Guys:
I've had a pajama day today. I suffer from depression and on occasion I just can't seem to get out of my pj's. Today was one of thoses days. Tomorrow will be better.
B: Atkins protein bar
L: 1/4 cantaloupe with 1/2 c cottage cheese
D: same as lunch
I've slept most of the day, so exercise was out of the question. I'm working on getting my water in
Today was a much better eating day for me... this is it:
F: 8 oz Carb Countdown Chocolate Milk
B: 2oz grilled chicken breast with about 1/2 oz havarti chesse and one sun dried tomato
S: 10 soy crisps
L: 4oz of LF Cottage cheese with SF Strawberry jello mixed in and 2 fresh strawberries and a dollop of Free Whip (I stole this idea off the main board and its a great protein dessert type meal!)
S: 1oz Soy & Flax chips with a bit of FF cream cheese and salsa dip
D: 1 Trader Joe's Spicy Italian Chicken Sausage
