How is everyone enjoying the weekend. I sure am. I spent my morning at garage sales and then went to thrift stores and big Lots. I love bargin shopping!
I found 2 pair of capri's, 1 skirt for church and a pair of denim shorts. Oh and other junk that I probably don't need. LOL
Anyway here is my menu...
B~ 8 oz Protein Coffee
L~3 hot wings
D~Leftover Taco's... lettuce topped with taco meat, FF refried beans, cheese, onions and FF sour cream.
S~4 oz Choc. CC milk w/ scoop of protein
Water: 40 oz so far
Vitamins: on track
Exercise: shopping and will walk as soon as I finsih dinner

I got a little off course today, but tomorrow is another day. I don't normally stray from the program, but I let the head hunger get to me today.
B: Atkins protein bar
S: Pria protein bar after working out
L: 1/4 cantaloupe with 1/2 c cottage cheese
S: I should have skipped this, but I ate about 8 Ritz crackers--don't know why--just bored I guess
D: chicken from 1/2 of a Tuscan chicken sub from Subway--I didn't like it very much so I ate about a cup of popcorn. Should have left the popcorn alone!!
Hopefully I'm done eating for the day because my pouch is grouchy now.

Wow, you shop like I do. We have a wonderful thrift store in Pittsburgh that I shop at. The funny thing is when I was larger the clothes were smaller, now that I need a 18, everything is 24's. I also do garage sales weekly and Big Lots.
In everyone's daily menu I hardly see vegtables and fruit. I was told to eat 3 oz. protein at each meal and 1/2 c. veg. and 1/2 c. fruit. Also eat a starch once a day either a form of potto or wheat bread.
Compared to all of you this seems like a lot of food, I never get all this in.
Do any of you eat fruit and vegtables and bread?

B: Qsmart Bar (Vanilla Cranberry flavor)
L: Soy & Flaxseed Chips- about an ounce
S: 2 fresh Strawberries, YUM-O!
D: Cheesy Chicken part out of a Three Cheese Chicken Lean Cuisine
I obviously need to drink some sort of protein, so the plan is to have some nectar and some CC Choco milk
