I reached MY GOAL!!

Hello First let me say I'm sorry for the breakdown this morning about protein. I truly appreciate everyones kind words to me. I was feeling down so I got dressed and went shopping. It helped! I only weigh at Dr appoitment's but I was curious to know how much I have lost so I went to this gas station that I knew had a scale in the bathroom and weighed myself.... I now weigh 283 lbs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 105 lbs. gone since surgery!! My goal was to loose 100 lbs. by the time I turn 6 months!! I did it! I was going to wait til Monday's weigh in to share but I couldn't. My Highest: 450 lbs. Surgery weight: 388 lbs. Today: 283 lbs. Kay
