What's on YOUR menu for Monday?

How is everyone today? I'm good. We were out shopping so I'm late.
My menu~
B~ 6 oz Choc. CC milk then 45 min. later, one boiled egg.
S~ Half a dill pickle spear
L~ Egg salad from one boiled egg, ff mayo and relish
D~Leftovers from yesterday.. roast, collard greens and 2 bites of mac n cheese
S~Protein shake
Water: 35 oz so far
Exercise: one mile walk
Vitimans: on track

Evening Kay!!!! I am determined to keep eating this week. My dad kept me eating all weekend long, even if I was eating the 100 cal packs of wheat thins lol! With that, I lost 4 pounds! WEIRD! So I'm hoping to do the same this coming week.
Today:
Breakfast: Starbucks, I know, I didn't the know the weight loss yet...
L- Protein Bar and some pudding
S- eating some Special K Protein Cereal and 2% milk
D- Will make me an egg with some lean sausage and cheese.
S- probably a SF pudding or jello
Wish me luck on my eating! I work tomorrow, so its gonna be hard, but I got some handy little snack packs at the store today so I should be able to do a little snacking......

Hi Guys:
Still not feeling up to par today..this makes day 3. I've been in the bathroom most of the day (dreaded diarrhea).
B: Atkins protein bar
L: 1/4 cantaloupe with 1/2 cup cottage cheese
S: 1/2 banana
D: a few wheat thin crackers with about a tab p-nut butter
I really don't feel like eating as my tummy is upset & my intestines are in knots.
I didn't get in any exercise today, but my vitamins and water are all done

Today has been an off day, Im just not much hungry...
Ive had a protein bar, water, few bites of beef stew (minus potatoes), water, a hot pickled sausage (leave it to me to find pickled protein, lol), Water 2 slices of sandwich meat (roast beef) and More water.
I did buy a honeydew melon for later MMMMMMMMMMMM Melon.....
No excersize today.

Mary's Monday Menu:
B: Carb Control Yogurt- Vanilla
L: Spicy Thai Tuna Pack (3oz of flavored tuna + 6 ritz crackers) this was soooooo spicy!
I loved it, the stomach disagreed... but it was sooooo good.
D: Turkey Chilli, dollop of sour cream, 1 oz shredded cheese
S: a tiny bite of peanut butter, less then a tbs.
F: 1 scoop Nectar Carriabean mixed w/ Ocean Spray Diet Citrus Splash

Oh, and 1 small strawberry, which I did not calculate. Oops!

Ya know, I feel like I ate horribly today. My mind is so messed up that I wonder if I will ever get a sense of whats right and whats wrong!
