What's on YOUR menu for Tuesday?
Good Afternoon everyone
How is everyone doing today. We are on the way to the park to take a walk then go fishing so I'm posting a little early.
EVERYONE come on and share with the board what was on YOUR menu for today!!
Here is my menu...
B~ 16 oz Coffee with 1 1/2 scoops of protein
S~ 1 SF Popsicle
L~ 2 Meatballs, 1 hotwing and 1 potato skin topped with bacon and cheese ( baby shower)
D~ 1 egg omlet with cheese and turkey sausage
S~ 8 oz Choc. CC milk
Water: low.. 28 oz so far
Vitamins: on track
Exercise: one mile walk

I hope you have a nice walk. Sounds like fun. Anyway, here is my piddly menu can someone kick me??? LOL
B-water
L-some little riblets in a chili sauce. about 6 of them.
D-nothing yet, cant decide if I am hungry or not...Maybe I will have some fish.
So my exercise was at work again, I walked about 2 miles today all over the hospital and outside.
water is in check. vitamins before bed.

I have been bad and haven't shared lately so I will today
I'm just back from physical therepy and it's a pretty nice day in Chicagoland. It's been raining on and off but the sun was out and temp about 74 while I was out. For me that's perfect weather.
Anyway, here's my menu for the day:
Breakfast: 1/2C lowfat cottage cheese and 4 strawberries
Lunch: 1 scoop Isopure Low Carb Chocolate with 1C 1% milk and a dash of cinnamon
Dinner: will be 3 oz broiled chicken and steamed asparagus
Snack: will be a Bryer's sugar free Ice Cream Bar
Calories: 630
Fat:19
Cabs:41
Potein:77
Vitamins and iron in
Fluids ahead of schedule
Excersise, therepy and 10 minutes on the cardiotrainer

L: Skipped
D: 3oz turkey burger pattie cooked on the grill with a dab of mustard...plus 2 tiny oven baked french fries
Vitamins done, doing good on water, 2 hours at the gym

I'm finally feeling back to normal today. I've done pretty good so here it is:
B: Pria protein bar
S: 1/2 banana
L: 1/4 cantaloupe with 1/2 c cottage cheese
S: before workout-Pria peppermint choc protein bar--yummmy!
S: dinner was going to be late so I had the other half of my banana
D: went to Mexican restaraunt. About 8 chips with salsa and 1/2 ham & cheese baked burrito
Just finishing up my water, vitamins ok
Had a great workout at the gym today

L: 3 chicken & turkey chipolte meatballs sprinkled w 1 oz cheese
S: Lite Laughing Cow cheese wedge
D: 5 oz Turkey Chili (no beans), 1 oz sliced cheese, 1 tsp sour cream... at with a few soy & flax chips. This dinner is high in fat/cals, but it is been raining here for DAYS and I just needed it
F: will have nectar later tonight

Wow ... seems like a lot when I write it down. LOL
Water: Over 64 oz.
Vitamins: All done in the am
Exercise: 30 minutes on treadmill
